Shopify Developer with strong CRO experience

We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for Shopify design, but even more importantly, someone who understands CRO, testing, and how to improve a site over time. We’re a sleep products brand and we develop all our own products. We have 3 products already on the market and 12 more in development set to be released periodically over the next 3-9 months. Ideally this turns into an ongoing relationship. We want someone who can build the site now, then stay involved month to month suggesting things to test, making improvements, and helping us learn from what converts.
