Shopify Ecommerce Operator — Merchandising, Competitor Research & QA

We run a multi-brand Shopify dropshipping operation (women's fashion & jewelry, core customer 40-65). We're hiring ONE sharp all-around operator to own the parts of the business that need judgment, not just hands. This is NOT a data-entry VA role. If your plan is to copy-paste descriptions and tick boxes, this isn't for you. We need someone who thinks. What you'll own: - Collections & merchandising - curate products into collections that actually convert for our customer (grouping, pricing, theming). This takes judgment, not just listing. - Competitor research - read competitors' Meta ad libraries, identify which of their collections is the real winner vs. noise, and feed that into what we build next. - Store building - Shopify theme edits (sections, layout, pages), building product/collection pages, policies. We have tooling that does the heavy lifting - you don't code from scratch, but you must be technically comfortable. - Meta setup - creating Business Manager assets, pages, and handling verification. - AI content creation - produce AI-generated images and avatar/product creative for ads and the storefront (tools like OpenArt and similar), the way our content lead already does it. - Quality assurance (the most important part) - you are the last set of eyes. Nothing ships broken: no wrong variant images, no mispriced compare-at, no dead links, no typos. You catch it before it goes live. You're a fit if you: - Have run or operated a real Shopify store before (not just "I took a course") - Have an eye for detail that borders on obsessive - Can reason about WHY a product or collection sells, not just list it - Communicate clearly in English and are reachable during European working hours (CET) Long-term, full-time.
