The ideal candidate has previous experience with Shopify stores and can confidently handle order tracking, refunds, returns, shipping issues, and general customer questions while maintaining a positive customer experience. *Requirements:* * Proven Shopify support experience * Strong written English * Experience with email and live chat support * Ability to resolve customer issues professionally * Familiarity with support tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar When applying, please share your Shopify support experience, tools you've used, and your availability.
