Shopify Email Marketing & Retention Specialist (Klaviyo)

We are looking for an experienced Shopify Email Marketing & Retention Specialist to help improve customer retention and increase revenue through Klaviyo. Our Shopify store is already generating sales, and we have Klaviyo connected. We are looking for someone who can review our current setup, identify gaps in the customer journey, and improve the performance of our email marketing system. The role includes reviewing and optimizing email flows, customer segmentation, campaign strategy, email design, and overall lifecycle marketing performance. You should be comfortable working with Welcome Flows, Abandoned Cart Flows, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Winback, and other automated email sequences. We are also looking for someone who understands customer retention, conversion optimization, and how to use Klaviyo to drive repeat purchases and increase customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate has experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, email automation, segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing, and ecommerce email marketing. Experience working with growing DTC brands is a strong advantage.
