Shopify Expert Needed – Website Improvements, Search Functionality & Automation Systems

We are looking for an experienced Shopify platform expert to assist with ongoing improvements and development across our automotive eCommerce website. This role may suit a Shopify developer, Shopify systems specialist, or a highly experienced eCommerce automation expert with strong Shopify knowledge. Our business operates a large-scale automotive aftermarket website with thousands of SKUs, custom workflows, and a mix of in-stock and made-to-order products. We are looking for someone who can improve both customer experience and backend operational efficiency. Current Areas We Want to Improve -Frontend / Customer Experience -Search bar optimisation and predictive search improvements -Search filtering and product discovery -Collection and menu structure improvements -Shopify theme modifications and custom functionality -Backend / Automation Systems -Shopify Flow automations -Automated order management workflows -Integration between Shopify and third-party platforms -Automation for operational tasks and customer updates Requirements -Strong experience with Shopify and Shopify Plus (preferred) -Experience with Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript -Experience building or improving Shopify automations -Understanding of large catalogue eCommerce stores -Ability to recommend scalable solutions, not just complete tasks -Strong communication and problem-solving skills Bonus Skills -Klaviyo experience -API integrations -ERP / inventory system integrations -Search & filter app customisation -Automotive eCommerce experience We are looking for somebody reliable who can assist with ongoing development and optimisation projects over time.
