Shopify Expert: Structured UX Evaluation of New Affiliate App (~2 hrs, Written Report)

I've launched an affiliate + customer referral app for Shopify, and I'm hiring a few Shopify professionals to independently evaluate it and document every point of friction. The app's design goal: a merchant who already understands affiliate programs should be able to run one without documentation or support. Your engagement is to pressure-test that claim and show me where it breaks. What you'll do (approx. 2 hours): - Install on a development store - Build an affiliate program end-to-end: commissions, signup page, invite + approve a test affiliate - Run the affiliate's side: sign up, generate a link, place a test referral order, verify tracking - Set up a customer advocacy campaign (store credit / coupon / free product rewards) - Configure payouts (setup only, no real transfers) What you'll deliver: A written report (doc/PDF) with: (1) every hesitation or guess point, with screenshots; (2) gaps vs. what you'd expect from apps like UpPromote, GoAffPro, or Refersion; (3) anything that behaved differently than the UI suggested; (4) your top 3 fixes in priority order. Bullet-point quality is fine - I'm paying for observations, not prose. Required: - Hands-on Shopify experience (store setup, app configuration, or merchant-side marketing) - Have configured at least one affiliate/referral app before Nice to have: - You set up apps for clients (freelancer/agency work) - Experience writing UX or QA feedback IMPORTANT - App Store reviews are not part of this engagement: reviews are not requested, expected, or compensated.
