Shopify Flow & Klaviyo Setup Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Shopify Flow and Klaviyo specialist to help us establish a strong automation foundation for our ecommerce business. We have an existing Shopify store that we’d like reviewed for automation opportunities. Our Klaviyo account has been created but has not yet been fully configured, so this project is primarily focused on setup, integration, and implementation rather than auditing an existing Klaviyo program. Project Scope • Review our current Shopify setup and identify opportunities for automation and optimization • Configure and validate the Shopify-Klaviyo integration • Recommend and implement foundational Shopify Flow automations • Set up core Klaviyo flows and automations (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, browse abandonment, etc.) • Create customer segmentation and tagging logic where appropriate • Build automation triggers based on products, collections, customer actions, and purchase behavior • Test all automations end-to-end • Recommend best practices for future growth • Document all automations and provide a walkthrough upon completion Ideal Experience • Shopify Flow expertise • Klaviyo implementation and automation experience • Shopify customer segmentation and tagging • Ecommerce automation strategy • Experience setting up Klaviyo for growing ecommerce brands • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills When Applying, Please Include 1.
