The Role We need a GoHighLevel specialist who builds e-commerce CRM systems that actually move product. Not a generalist. Someone who maps the full buyer journey — lead capture, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase nurture, upsells, and loyalty — and turns it into automations that lift revenue. What You'll Build Audit and optimize our current GHL setup, or architect a new one from scratch E-commerce pipelines, funnels, and opportunity stages Automations for abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase follow-up, upsells/cross-sells, re-engagement, and VIP flows Integrations across Shopify/WooCommerce, Stripe, Zapier, and Make Segmented, tagged SMS, email, and DM campaigns Dashboards that track pipeline health and campaign ROI Clean documentation so our team can run it after handoff Must-Haves 3+ years hands-on GHL, provable with Looms, screenshots, or case studies Direct e-commerce experience (not just service businesses) Strong grasp of segmentation, tagging logic, and behavior-based triggers Fluent in sub-accounts, snapshots, and white-label setups Works independently, communicates proactively, hits deadlines without hand-holding Experience with at least one: Shopify, WooCommerce, Klaviyo, or similar Nice-to-Haves GHL Membership or Course builds alongside e-commerce Attribution tracking and UTM management in GHL Subscription or DTC brand experience Client-facing Loom walkthroughs or training materials To Apply Send a proposal with: 2–3 e-commerce GHL builds (Looms, screenshots, or portfolio links) A quick overview of how you onboard a new client Your availability and typical turnaround for a full audit + workflow build A 3–5 min Loom walking through one e-commerce build you're proud of — show the automation logic, pipeline structure, or a standout workflow Applications without work samples won't be reviewed.
