Initial Project We would like help with: * Reviewing and improving our current **Collector Access/email signup** * Recommending whether we should use a popup and, if so, setting it up properly * Improving lead capture on desktop and mobile * Setting up or improving our **welcome email series** * Abandoned cart and checkout emails * Browse abandonment where appropriate * Creating a professional reusable email template * New arrival and featured product email campaigns * Post-purchase and customer review emails * Reviewing how we currently collect and display customer reviews and recommending improvements * Basic customer segmentation and email performance tracking We currently use Shopify and would prefer to keep the system **simple enough that we can manage many future emails ourselves**. We are also preparing to begin paid Google advertising, so an important goal is to have a strong lead-capture and follow-up system in place.
