Shopify Mobile CRO Audit — Site Speed, Funnel Diagnosis & Conversion Blocker Fix

I run a premium DTC brand selling an at-home IPL laser hair removal device at $134 on Shopify. We are running active Meta ads generating 4 to 6% CTR with consistent Add to Cart and Initiate Checkout activity. Despite strong upper funnel metrics we have had only 8 confirmed purchases across 24 days of active spend and are seeing significant drop-off between Initiate Checkout and Purchase. The primary hypothesis is slow mobile site speed causing drop-off and inflating Meta CPMs through a poor landing page experience score. We need someone to diagnose this definitively, fix what they find, and identify any other technical or conversion blockers preventing consistent purchase conversions. This is a technical job, not a design job. We do not need recommendations for how to redesign the site. We need someone who can find what is technically broken or underperforming across the full mobile purchase journey and fix it directly in the store.
