Shopify Product Entry Specialist for Luxury Jewelry Brand — Long-Term Project

Job Description We are looking for a careful and detail-oriented Shopify product entry specialist to help upload and organize products for our luxury jewelry brand. All product information will be provided, including: Product titles and descriptions Images and videos Product specifications and design details Metal, diamond shape, and carat-weight options Collections and product categories Metafields and variant information Media order and product organization A fully completed reference product has already been created inside our Shopify portal. You will be able to review this example and follow the same structure, formatting, and organization for every new product. Initial Project Phase The first phase will focus on our necklace collection, which includes 26 individual designs. Each product may include multiple combinations of: Metal types Diamond shapes Carat weights Product variants Images and videos Category metafields Product metafields Collections and tags Accuracy and consistency are extremely important. Every product must be entered using the same format as the completed reference product. Responsibilities You will be responsible for: Creating products in Shopify Copying the provided title and description accurately Maintaining the correct description formatting and spacing Uploading and arranging product images and videos in the correct order Creating and organizing product variants Adding the correct metal, diamond-shape, and carat-weight options Assigning the correct product category, vendor, collections, and tags Completing all required Shopify metafields Checking each product carefully before marking it complete Following the existing reference product exactly You will not need to write the product descriptions or create the product images. All content and media will be provided. Training and Communication At the beginning of the project, we will have a 10–15 minute call or detailed chat so I can explain the complete product-entry process. I will show you: How the reference product is organized How variants should be created How images and videos should be assigned Which collections and metafields should be selected How each completed product should be reviewed Once you understand the system, the process should be straightforward because a complete example is already available inside the Shopify portal for reference. Long-Term Opportunity This is not limited to the first 26 necklaces. We have additional jewelry collections that will need to be uploaded, including earrings, rings, bracelets, wedding bands, and other products. We are looking for someone reliable who can work with us long term and maintain the same level of accuracy across the entire catalog. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should have: Previous Shopify product-entry experience Experience creating products with multiple variants Familiarity with Shopify metafields, categories, collections, and tags Strong attention to detail The ability to follow an existing format exactly Reliable communication and availability Experience with jewelry, fashion, or luxury e-commerce is a plus Important Please do not apply if you plan to rush through the product entries or upload products without carefully reviewing them.
