Shopify Product Listing Specialist (Fashion)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Shopify Product Listing Specialist to help us upload products to our growing women’s fashion store. You’ll receive all product images and basic product information. Your job is to turn these into high-quality, conversion-focused Shopify product pages that are fully optimized for both customers and search engines. Responsibilities * Create new products in Shopify * Upload and organize product images * Write engaging, SEO-optimized product descriptions * Add product specifications and details * Assign the correct collections * Add relevant product tags * Configure product variants (sizes, colors, etc.) * Optimize product titles for SEO * Ensure formatting is clean and consistent across all listings * Double-check every listing for accuracy before publishing Requirements * Proven experience with Shopify product listings * Strong English writing skills * Experience writing SEO-friendly product descriptions * Good understanding of fashion terminology * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to follow brand guidelines and formatting standards * Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines Nice to Have * Experience with women’s fashion or apparel stores * Basic understanding of Google Shopping SEO * Experience with Shopify SEO best practices What We Provide * Product images * Product information and specifications * Brand guidelines * Clear instructions and examples To Apply Please include: 1.
