Shopify Product Management Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shopify Virtual Assistant to help manage and maintain our online store’s product catalog. Responsibilities * Update product cover images and product galleries * Upload and edit products within Shopify * Import, organize, and manage product reviews * Update inventory quantities and product information * Create and manage product variants, tags, and collections * Ensure product listings are accurate and consistent * Perform quality checks to identify and fix errors * Organize product data using spreadsheets * Assist with product page optimization and maintenance Requirements * Previous experience with Shopify Admin * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Experience managing product listings and inventory * Familiarity with review management apps (Judge.me, Loox, etc.) * Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel * Good written English and communication skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Skills * Canva or Photoshop experience * Basic SEO knowledge * Experience working with large product catalogs * Familiarity with dropshipping or e-commerce operations * Experience using ChatGPT and AI tools for productivity
