We need an expert who knows Klaviyo inside and out to take a fresh look at our retention marketing. Our Shopify store has email and SMS running, but we're not sure we're getting the most out of it. We'd like an experienced strategist to review what we're doing today and highlight the biggest opportunities for improvement. We're particularly interested in customer lifecycle, segmentation, campaign planning, and automation strategy.
