We are looking for an experienced Shopify Technical SEO Specialist to diagnose and fix Google Search Console indexing issues on our Shopify store: retrovgames.com. Current Issues Many URLs showing as "Page with redirect" Country parameter URLs such as ?country=CA, ?country=FR, ?country=ES Canonical URL and Google-selected canonical issues Sitemap and indexing issues URLs showing as "Crawled – currently not indexed" or "Discovered – currently not indexed" Potential issues with Shopify Markets, hreflang, redirects, robots.txt, and duplicate URLs What We Need The freelancer should: Perform a technical SEO and Google Search Console audit Identify the root cause of the indexing problems Review Shopify Markets, canonical tags, hreflang, robots.txt, sitemap, and redirects Help Implement the required Shopify/Liquid fixes Validate the fixes through Google Search Console and other SEO tools Provide a brief report of issues found and fixes implemented Required Experience Strong Shopify SEO experience Google Search Console & Google indexing Shopify Markets / International SEO Canonical & hreflang Robots.txt & XML sitemap Redirects and URL parameters Shopify Liquid Experience resolving Google indexing/coverage issues Please do not apply if your experience is mainly content SEO, backlinks, or keyword research.
