Shopify Sales Manager

Overview: We are looking for an experienced Shopify Store Manager to manage our DTC Shopify store on an ongoing basis. You will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring it is optimized for sales, customer experience, and operational excellence. This is a long-term freelance opportunity with consistent work for the right candidate. Responsibilities: Manage the Shopify store end-to-end Upload and manage products, collections, pricing, inventory, and variants Optimize product pages, images, and content for higher conversions Update homepage banners, landing pages, and promotional campaigns Coordinate with designers to create website graphics and creative assets Ensure the website is always up-to-date, error-free, and visually appealing Manage customer inquiries, returns, and support requests Execute promotions, discounts, bundles, and seasonal campaigns Monitor store performance and recommend improvements to increase sales Work with our marketing team on email marketing, SEO, paid ads, and conversion optimization Coordinate with developers for website improvements and new feature implementation Track and report key metrics including sales, conversion rate, AOV, and customer experience Requirements: Proven experience managing Shopify stores Strong understanding of Shopify themes, apps, and store administration Experience with product merchandising and conversion optimization Good eye for design and user experience Excellent written English Ability to work independently and proactively suggest improvements Experience with Klaviyo, Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads, or Google Ads is a plus When Applying, Please Include: Links to Shopify stores you currently manage or have managed.
