I'm looking for an experienced Shopify expert to optimize the shipping rates for my e-commerce store. Currently I charge a flat $9.95 shipping nationwide, but I believe this is causing unnecessary cart abandonment, especially for customers on the East Coast where shipping costs are often much lower.
