Summary

We run a Shopify store selling home decor, and our shipping setup is a total mess. Some items are light but bulky, others are heavy, and we keep losing money on international shipping orders because Shopify is undercharging the customers. We need a specialist to come in and cleanly rebuild our shipping profiles. Key Responsibilities Set up customized Shipping Profiles for different product groups (Fragile, Heavy, Standard). Configure conditional, weight-based, and price-based shipping rates. Set up free shipping thresholds (e.g., "Free Shipping on orders over $75") without breaking international rates. Integrate and test real-time carrier-calculated rates (USPS, FedEx, DHL). Requirements Expert-level knowledge of the Shopify Shipping backend. Experience configuring zones for US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Attention to detail—you must test the checkout paths to ensure rates populate perfectly.
