Shopify Store Manager / Maintenance Specialist (40+ Supplements + PupStrong+) We are looking for a reliable Shopify specialist to help manage and maintain two growing ecommerce brands: * 40+ Muscle Bone Joint Advanced Support (human supplement brand) * PupStrong+ Hip & Joint Advanced Support (dog supplement brand) This is NOT a full-scale agency role. We are looking for someone practical, responsive, detail-oriented, and proactive who can help keep both Shopify sites running smoothly and optimized. Responsibilities * Ongoing Shopify store maintenance * Ensure apps and integrations are functioning properly * Troubleshoot checkout/funnel issues * Monitor and improve customer purchase flow * Help identify and fix conversion bottlenecks * Make minor Shopify design/layout updates as needed * Ensure mobile experience works properly * Coordinate and maintain Shopify apps/plugins * Help optimize landing pages and funnels * Basic CRO (conversion rate optimization) Initial Projects We would also like: * One dedicated landing page designed for each brand * Landing pages focused on conversion, trust, education, and clean user experience * Ability to integrate video, testimonials, and educational content Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: * Has strong Shopify experience * Understands ecommerce funnels and conversion optimization * Is familiar with supplement or health/wellness brands (preferred) * Can work independently and proactively * Communicates clearly and honestly * Is NOT overly “salesy” or hype-driven * Understands trust-building and long-term brand growth Bonus Skills (Not Required) * Shopify theme customization * Landing page design * Basic graphic/layout skills * Familiarity with apps like Tolstoy, Omnisend, Hotjar, etc. * Experience improving mobile conversion rates * Understanding of Meta/TikTok traffic funnels About Us We are building science-backed wellness brands focused on healthy aging, muscle preservation, joint support, and mobility.
