PROJECT SUMMARY: We have an older Shopify 2.0 website, built around 5 years ago, and we want to upgrade it to a modern 2026-standard Shopify store. The scope includes a technical audit, theme modernization, UX/CRO improvements, Shopify AI feature implementation, marketing channel integration, WhatsApp messaging setup, and automation of repetitive operational tasks. OBJECTIVES: Modernize storefront design and mobile UX. Improve speed, maintainability, and conversion rate. Implement Shopify AI tools such as Sidekick, Shopify Magic/theme block generation, and Flow-based automation. Set up advanced marketing for email, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Reduce manual work through automation for pricing review, alerts, customer messaging, and campaign workflows. REQUIRED DELIVERABLES: Full store audit and recommendation report. Theme/app architecture plan. Updated storefront templates and sections. Configured Shopify Email, Forms, Flow, and Sidekick workflows. Meta/Facebook/Instagram connection and tracking. WhatsApp integration and automation setup using a suitable Shopify app. Testing, launch support, and handoff documentation. MUST HAVE SKILLS: Shopify 2.0, Liquid, JSON templates, and theme customization. Shopify Flow and Shopify Email experience. Experience with Meta/Facebook/Instagram channel setup in Shopify. Experience implementing WhatsApp integrations for Shopify. Strong mobile UX, CRO, and performance optimization experience. PREFERRED SKILLS: Experience using Shopify Sidekick and Shopify Magic capabilities in production workflows. Experience with Rollouts, A/B testing, and Shopify’s newer AI/experimentation features. Ability to document automations and create a clean long-term admin workflow. Search and merchandising setup using Shopify-native discovery tools and product recommendation logic. Professional footer with policies, contact information, social links, FAQ, and newsletter signup. PRODUCT PAGES: High-quality product images and clean image gallery layout. Strong product titles, descriptions, benefits, specs, and FAQs. Variant selection that is easy to use on mobile and desktop.
