Shopify Store Operator / Ecommerce Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, Ongoing)

GlowYard (glowyard.co) is a growing Shopify store selling home & outdoor gadgets. I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to run the day-to-day so I can focus on growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Add & update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, variants) - Process orders and coordinate fulfillment with suppliers - Customer service via email and social DMs - Reply to wholesale / bulk-order inquiries - Post our scheduled social content (we provide the videos/captions) - Basic Shopify admin + a short weekly status report YOU SHOULD HAVE: - Proven Shopify experience (tell me which stores you've run) - Strong written English (you'll talk to customers) - Reliable, responsive, organized - Comfortable with email + basic spreadsheets - Bonus: dropshipping/supplier coordination, Klaviyo, basic Canva HOURS & PAY: Start ~10-20 hrs/week (flexible), with a paid 2-week trial, then scale to more hours if it's a great fit.
