Shopify Store Redesign & Conversion Audit
Worldwide
Job Ad We are looking for an experienced web designer, UX specialist, or Shopify developer to audit our current website and provide a clear proposal on what should be improved to increase conversion rates. We do not just want a basic design review. We need someone who can look at the website from a customer journey, trust, sales, product page, mobile experience, and checkout conversion perspective. Our business sells automotive carbon fibre and performance parts online. The website needs to build trust, make products easy to understand, reduce customer hesitation, and help increase sales. What we need you to do Audit our current website and provide a detailed report covering: Homepage structure and first impression Product page layout and conversion issues Mobile user experience Navigation and product filtering Trust signals, reviews, guarantees, shipping information, and payment options Checkout flow and potential friction points Page speed or technical issues affecting conversion Product photos, descriptions, and call-to-action quality Any areas where customers may be confused or hesitant to purchase Deliverables We want a clear proposal that includes: A conversion audit report A list of recommended improvements ranked by priority Screenshots or examples explaining the issues Suggested changes to improve conversion rate A proposed implementation plan Estimated cost and timeframe to complete the updates Examples of previous eCommerce or Shopify work Important We are not looking for someone who only wants to make the website “look nicer.” We need someone who understands how design impacts sales. You should be able to explain why each recommendation matters and how it can improve conversions. Experience with Shopify, automotive products, performance parts, or high-ticket eCommerce products is preferred. To apply, please answer these questions Have you done conversion audits for Shopify or eCommerce websites before? Please send examples. What are the first 3 things you usually check when auditing a website for conversions? Do you provide only the audit, or can you also implement the changes? How would you measure whether the website changes were successful? What information do you need from us before starting? Budget Please provide your price for the website audit and proposal first. If the audit is strong, we may also hire you for the implementation work.
