Shopify Store Support Specialist (Part-Time / On-Demand)

We are seeking a reliable Shopify Store Support Specialist to assist with ongoing Shopify administration and store maintenance activities for small business clients. This is not a Shopify development position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable handling day-to-day Shopify administrative tasks and following documented procedures. Responsibilities: * Product creation and updates * Product pricing changes * Product variant management * Collection management * Navigation menu updates * Basic page content updates * Inventory adjustments * Shopify administrative tasks * Following written instructions and support tickets Requirements: * Experience supporting Shopify stores * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work independently * Good written English communication * Comfortable following documented processes Preferred: * Experience supporting multiple Shopify stores * Familiarity with Shopify reporting and inventory tools * Experience working with small business clients Position Details: * Part-time * On-demand work * No guaranteed hours * Initial workload expected to be 1-5 hours per month * Opportunity for additional work as our client base grows
