Shopify Store for Bakery Shop

I'm looking to get a bakery website built on Shopify and I need someone who knows what they're doing with ecommerce. The site needs to look great and actually work well for customers who want to browse and order. Here's what I want on the site: Product catalog with categories like breads, cakes, pastries, and custom orders Product pages with photos, descriptions, pricing, and options like size, flavor, and quantity Full checkout with cart, discount codes, and order confirmation emails Payment setup (Stripe, PayPal, or Shopify Payments) A custom order form for things like wedding cakes or special requests A featured products or best sellers section on the homepage Blog section for recipes, seasonal stuff, and updates Contact page with location, hours, and a map Mobile-friendly design that looks good on phones Basic SEO setup so the site can actually be found on Google Social media links and maybe an Instagram feed Newsletter signup with Mailchimp or Klaviyo My budget is around $460 but I'm totally open to hearing what you think is fair. Just be honest about your pricing, no problem with that. Also, can you share how long this would take you? I'd love to know your estimated timeline before we get started.
