Shopify Virtual Assistant | Product Listing, Data Entry & Store Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shopify Virtual Assistant to help manage and maintain our Shopify store. This role is ideal for someone with experience in e-commerce operations, product listings, data entry, and general store administration. Responsibilities: • Upload and manage products on Shopify • Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and variants • Perform accurate data entry and product information updates • Organize collections, tags, and categories • Monitor inventory and update stock information • Assist with order processing and store maintenance tasks • Ensure product information is accurate and consistent • Handle basic administrative and support tasks related to store operations Requirements: • Previous experience working with Shopify stores • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines • Familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel • Good written English communication skills • Experience with product research or image editing is a plus
