Shopify Virtual Assistant | Product Listing, Data Entry & Store Support

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our fashion eCommerce store with product uploads and store management tasks. About the role The primary focus is accurate and efficient product data entry in Shopify. In a later stage, the role may expand to include basic customer support tasks. Responsibilities Primary (from day one) Upload new products to Shopify: titles, descriptions, prices, variants, images, and tags Ensure product listings are complete, consistent, and correctly categorised Follow provided templates and SOPs for product formatting Flag any data inconsistencies or missing information Secondary (later stage) Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner Handle questions related to order status, shipping, returns, and product details Follow store SOPs and escalate complex cases when needed Requirements Proven experience with Shopify product uploads and data entry Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured templates Good written English Reliable, organised, and able to work independently Experience with fashion or apparel eCommerce is a plus
