Shopify & Virtual Assistant for Multiple Businesses (Long-Term Opportunity)

I am seeking a Shopify specialist to provide ongoing support for one or more Shopify stores. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and experienced with Shopify. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both Shopify management and light administrative support across multiple businesses. Responsibilities may include: • Uploading and organizing products • Creating and managing collections • Updating product descriptions and images • Managing navigation and store organization • Installing and managing Shopify apps • Troubleshooting store issues • Updating pages and store content • Organizing customer and email marketing lists • Creating simple graphics in Canva when needed • Assisting with administrative and operational tasks related to our online businesses Required Skills: • Strong Shopify experience • Experience optimizing Shopify stores for both desktop and mobile viewing • Ability to troubleshoot theme and layout issues • Familiarity with Shopify themes, collections, navigation, and app integrations • Strong communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to follow written systems and procedures Examples of tasks: • Fixing banners that display incorrectly on mobile devices • Updating store layouts and pages • Creating and organizing collections • Uploading products and domain listings • Installing and configuring Shopify apps • Making technical store updates as requested • Providing recommendations to improve customer experience and usability About Us: We operate multiple businesses and are looking for a dependable team member who can grow with us over time.
