We’re looking for a highly organized and conversion-focused Shopify Website Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our online storefront while collaborating closely with our marketing, sales, and creative teams. Position Overview The Shopify Website Operations Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and growth of our Shopify storefront. This role combines website operations, conversion rate optimization, merchandising, landing page creation, promotional execution, and cross-functional communication. The ideal candidate understands how to create a seamless customer experience that drives revenue while ensuring all campaigns, promotions, and website updates are executed accurately and on schedule. Responsibilities Shopify Store Management * Manage and maintain the OneLaser Shopify storefront. * Create, update, and optimize product pages, collections, and navigation. * Ensure website content is accurate, current, and aligned with marketing initiatives. * Monitor site performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Landing Page Development * Build high-converting landing pages for product launches, promotions, events, and advertising campaigns. * Coordinate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. * Implement best practices for user experience and conversion optimization. Campaign & Promotion Execution * Launch and manage website promotions, discounts, bundles, and seasonal campaigns. * Coordinate with internal marketing teams to ensure timely execution of all campaigns. * QA all promotional content before launch to ensure accuracy. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) * Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and sales funnels. * Recommend and implement improvements to increase conversion rates and average order value. * Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis where applicable. * Optimize product pages, collection pages, landing pages, and checkout experiences. Website Analytics & Reporting * Monitor key performance metrics including: * Conversion Rate * Average Order Value (AOV) * Revenue per Visitor * Bounce Rate * Cart Abandonment Rate * Provide regular performance reports and recommendations. Cross-Functional Communication * Collaborate daily with marketing, creative, sales, and leadership teams. * Attend internal meetings during Pacific Time business hours. * Communicate project status, website updates, and campaign readiness. Requirements Required Experience * 2+ years of Shopify website management experience. * Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices. * Experience building Shopify landing pages and promotional campaigns. * Experience working with Shopify themes and page builders. * Familiarity with conversion rate optimization principles. * Experience coordinating with marketing teams. Technical Skills * Shopify Admin * Shopify Apps & Integrations * Landing Page Builders (PageFly, GemPages, Replo, or similar) * Google Analytics * Google Tag Manager (preferred) * Basic HTML/CSS knowledge * Klaviyo experience is a plus Soft Skills * Excellent written and verbal English communication. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Self-motivated and highly organized. * Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team. Work Hours Requirement This position requires availability during our core business hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM PST – 5:45 PM PST Applicants must be available for meetings, project collaboration, and real-time communication during these hours.
