Shopify Website Theme Customization

I am building a Shopify website using the Gecko theme. We have already uploaded 30 products and some banner images. I mostly like my theme, but I need some adjustments to make it more appealing and functional. A few things I need: 1-2 new pages with functionality similar to the following layout: https://www.paulsmith.com/made-in-the-british-isles-green-cotton-socks The product page should look as close to the above page as possible. Then I need a category page as close to this one as possible: https://www.paulsmith.com/mens/accessories/socks Lastly, we will need someone to do ongoing Shopify work - uploading photos and making changes from time to time. The ideal freelancer should have experience in Shopify and theme customization to enhance the user experience and ensure the site is visually appealing. We will immediately reject any proposals that have generic AI responses. We need you to explain how you will accomplish the requirement, preferably with examples of past work that aligns to our requirement. Before we start, we will need to get an hours estimate for the product and category page. The rest of the work can continue each month on an hourly basis. Thanks
