Approved business information and genuine photographs will be supplied separately. - Treat the written implementation brief as the main source of truth and the mockups as the visual guide. 3. Consultation booking system Set up a simple automated booking journey using Microsoft Bookings and Microsoft Teams, unless a better alternative is proposed and approved. The visitor should be able to: - Select an available appointment - Provide their name, email address and telephone number - Confirm that the consultation is a free, no-obligation 20-minute call - Receive an automatic booking confirmation - Receive an automatic Microsoft Teams meeting link - Receive appointment reminders - Reschedule or cancel where appropriate The solicitor must be able to: - Control consultation availability - Block unavailable dates and times - Receive the booking in their calendar - Join the Teams consultation easily - Receive appropriate booking notifications The developer must test the complete booking process on desktop and mobile using a genuine test appointment. 4.
