CLUEJUTSU SHOPIFY — FINAL LAUNCH BUILD Goal: Take the existing preorder Shopify site and turn it into the final conversion-focused ClueJutsu launch site. This is a one-product store, so keep everything clean and simple. I do want the Founding 50 system, social proof, sharing, counter, etc., but use the simplest implementation possible. Do not build custom apps or complicated backend systems. 1. Homepage structure Please use this exact order: HERO THE ANIME PARTY GAME Anything but the obvious. Get your team to guess anime characters, powers, items, groups and more — without saying the five Forbidden Words. 200 CARDS · 4–12+ PLAYERS · 20–40 MIN · AGES 13+ $35 FOUNDING 50 The first 50 U.S. preorders ship FREE. Estimated fulfillment: October–November 2026 Main button: PREORDER CLUEJUTSU — $35 Use one strong gameplay/product visual. Do not overload the hero. ⸻ 2. Announcement bar During launch: FOUNDING 50 · FIRST 50 U.S. PREORDERS SHIP FREE After they’re gone, I need to be able to manually change it to: THE FOUNDING 50 ARE CLAIMED ✓ · FIRST PRODUCTION RUN AVAILABLE No countdown timer. ⸻ 3. “Try a Card” section Heading: THINK YOU KNOW ANIME? Text: Try one before you buy. Show one real ClueJutsu card. Then: Can you describe the answer without saying any of the five Forbidden Words? Underneath: Now imagine doing it with your whole team yelling at you while the timer runs. Button: I’M READY → Scrolls to preorder. This does not need to be a web game. ⸻ 4. Real gameplay/social-proof section Heading: GAME NIGHT GETS LOUD. Include space for 3–5 gameplay videos/reaction clips. Make this section editable so I can replace videos myself later. Until customers receive final copies, label quotes/reactions appropriately as: PLAYTESTER REACTION Later I should be able to change these to customer reviews. ⸻ 5. How to Play Only three steps: 01 — CHOOSE YOUR RISK Easy = 1 shuriken Medium = 2 Hard = 3 02 — DESCRIBE. GESTURE. GET CREATIVE. Make your team guess without saying the answer or the five Forbidden Words. 03 — BEAT THE TIMER. Keep solved cards. First team to 20 shuriken wins. Then: SAY A FORBIDDEN WORD? FORBIDDEN! ❌ Keep this visually strong but short. ⸻ 6. Product-value section This needs to sell the value of $35. 200 CARDS. 1,000 FORBIDDEN WORDS. Then display: 200 Gameplay Cards 60-Second Sand Timer Premium Two-Piece Box Full Rule Guide Use actual product imagery/mockups. ⸻ 7. Difficulty section Show one Easy, one Medium and one Hard card. EASY Everyone can jump in. MEDIUM Now it gets tricky. HARD For the people who swear they know anime. Keep this compact. ⸻ 8. Second preorder section Near the bottom: READY FOR GAME NIGHT? CLUEJUTSU 200 Cards · 1,000 Forbidden Words $35 FOUNDING 50 First 50 U.S. preorders ship free. Estimated fulfillment: October–November 2026 PREORDER CLUEJUTSU — $35 ⸻ 9. Founding 50 live-status component I want a Founding 50 status area, but do not build complicated automatic order-counting logic. Make one Shopify-editable number that I can change myself. For example: FOUNDING 50 38 OF 50 CLAIMED and underneath: 12 FREE-SHIPPING SPOTS REMAIN I should be able to manually change 38 to 39, 40, etc. Important behavior When very few have sold, I may hide the number completely and just show: FIRST 50 PREORDERS SHIP FREE Once sales momentum is strong, I can turn the visible number on. When all 50 sell: FOUNDING 50 — CLAIMED ✓ No fake numbers. ⸻ 10. Founding 50 Wall Create a simple page: /pages/founding-50 Heading: THE FOUNDING 50 Subheading: The first players who believed in ClueJutsu. Display 50 numbered slots: #001 — @username #002 — @username #003 — Founding Player etc. Keep the implementation simple I need to be able to manually edit the names/handles inside Shopify. No database or custom application is necessary. If someone doesn’t want their name displayed, show: #027 — Founding Player Never automatically display their legal checkout name. ⸻ 11. Founding Player digital card I want every Founding 50 customer to eventually receive: FOUNDING PLAYER #027 / 50 CLUEJUTSU First Production Run Anything but the obvious. However: Do NOT build an automated e-card generator. Just create one reusable visual template for me. I can manually change the number 01–50 and send them to customers. Please make it in: * vertical Story format; * square social format if possible. This keeps cost low while preserving the viral feature. ⸻ 12. Founding Player opt-in Do not complicate Shopify checkout. Instead, create a simple form/page: JOIN THE FOUNDING WALL Fields: Order Number Email Display Name or @Handle Display me publicly: Yes / No That’s all. I’ll send the link to the first 50 customers. ⸻ 13. Founding Player sharing After purchase / on the thank-you page if easy to implement, include: YOU’RE IN. You’re officially part of ClueJutsu’s First Production Run. Button: CHALLENGE YOUR CREW The share button can simply share: Think you know anime? Try ClueJutsu. with the website link. Do not build a complicated referral tracking system yet. The purpose is sharing, not commission tracking. ⸻ 14. Viral challenge sharing On the “Try a Card” section, include a simple: CHALLENGE A FRIEND Share button. Again, no custom referral software. Just use the browser/social share functionality or a shareable URL. This preserves the viral loop: visitor → challenge → share → new visitor → challenge → preorder without expensive development. ⸻ 15. Founding 50 free shipping The first 50 qualifying U.S. orders should receive free shipping. I prefer automatic application if the current Shopify/discount setup supports it cleanly. The customer should ideally see: Product: $35 Shipping: $8 FREE Total: $35 Do not make customers hunt for a coupon code. After the 50 uses are exhausted, standard preorder shipping takes effect. ⸻ 16. Product page Keep the existing Timesact preorder system. Clean the page to: CLUEJUTSU FIRST PRODUCTION RUN $35 200 CARDS · 1,000 FORBIDDEN WORDS FOUNDING 50 First 50 U.S. preorders ship free. Estimated fulfillment: October–November 2026 PREORDER CLUEJUTSU — $35 Then: ✓ 200 gameplay cards ✓ Premium box ✓ 60-second timer ✓ 4–12+ players ✓ Ages 13+ Then simple accordion: HOW IT PLAYS WHAT’S INCLUDED SHIPPING & PREORDER FAQ Nothing else is necessary. ⸻ 17. Navigation Only: HOW IT PLAYS WHAT’S INSIDE FAQ PREORDER Cart icon. No Shop All. No Collections. No Search. No giant navigation. ⸻ 18. Four website states This is important, but keep implementation extremely simple. Give me one editable setting or an easy way to change content between: STATE 1 — FOUNDING 50 First 50 ship free. STATE 2 — NORMAL PREORDER Founding 50 claimed. Preorders still open. STATE 3 — IN STOCK Remove all preorder language. Button becomes: ADD TO CART — $35 STATE 4 — SOLD OUT Button becomes: JOIN THE RESTOCK LIST I don’t need complicated automatic switching. I am fine manually changing the state. ⸻ 19. First Production Run scarcity Somewhere around the purchase area show: FIRST PRODUCTION RUN 500 copies produced. Do not constantly show an inventory number. Once inventory becomes genuinely low, I want to manually change this to: FINAL 75 then: FINAL 25 etc. Again, no custom inventory algorithm required. ⸻ 20. FAQ Keep only: What is ClueJutsu? How many players? Do I have to be a hardcore anime fan? Can we use gestures? What’s included? When will preorders ship? What is the Founding 50? Is ClueJutsu officially affiliated with anime studios? No giant FAQ. ⸻ 21. Mobile optimization This is extremely important. Prioritize mobile because traffic will largely come from Instagram/TikTok. Please make sure: * hero loads quickly; * $35 is obvious; * preorder CTA is obvious; * gameplay video works; * card examples are readable; * no horizontal overflow; * sections aren’t excessively long; * Founding 50 messaging is visible; * Timesact works; * cart works; * checkout works. ⸻ 22. Sticky mobile CTA Once someone scrolls past the first purchase button, show a small sticky bar: CLUEJUTSU · $35 PREORDER When the main purchase section comes back into view, hide it. If this requires significant additional work, leave it out rather than breaking the budget. ⸻ 23. Analytics At minimum, make sure Shopify analytics/pixels can capture: * product views; * add to cart; * checkout; * purchase. If easy, also track: * gameplay video click; * Try a Card interaction; * preorder CTA click. Do not install a bunch of extra analytics apps. ⸻ 24. Keep the site fast Do not add: * huge animations; * autoplay audio; * spinning backgrounds; * giant sliders; * social feed widgets; * unnecessary apps; * fake purchase notifications; * popups everywhere. Use restrained motion. The site should feel premium, not busy. ⸻ 25. Explicitly remove Please remove/hide: * generic Shopify recommendations; * “You may also like”; * collections; * Shop All; * search; * coupon popup; * spin-to-win; * fake countdowns; * fake “someone purchased” messages; * excessive newsletter popups; * Buy It Now competing with preorder; * unnecessary sections; * duplicate CTAs. ⸻ 26. Footer Keep: CLUEJUTSU Anything but the obvious. Then: Rules FAQ Preorder & Shipping Refund Policy Privacy Terms Contact Instagram / TikTok Legal disclaimer.
