Shopify to WooCommerce backup

I run an existing Shopify ecommerce store and want to create a private WooCommerce backup/staging version of the site. This is not an immediate live migration. The goal is to build a functional WooCommerce backup that can be used if we ever need to move away from Shopify. Scope of work: 1. Set up WordPress + WooCommerce on a staging domain or subdomain 2. Import Shopify products, product images, descriptions, prices, variants, collections/categories, and pages 3. Set up a clean, mobile-friendly WooCommerce theme similar to the current Shopify store 4. Configure basic checkout, shipping, tax, payment gateway placeholders, and email notifications 5. Set up essential plugins for SEO, security, caching, product feeds, and backups 6. Create a Google Merchant/product feed setup if possible 7. Set up basic redirect plan from Shopify URLs to WooCommerce URLs 8. Test product pages, cart, checkout, and mobile responsiveness 9. Provide documentation showing how the backup site was built and how to keep it updated Requirements: * Experience with Shopify to WooCommerce migrations * Strong WooCommerce, WordPress, product import/export, and ecommerce experience * Must be able to work safely without disrupting the live Shopify store * Must understand staging environments, backups, redirects, and ecommerce tracking basics * Good communication and clear documentation required Please include: 1.
