Shopify bookkeeping practitioners — $50 expert evaluation of a payout-reconciliation app (~2 hrs)

We're Profenor (RJ-DCF LLC d/b/a Profenor), a small US bookkeeping-software company building a payout-reconciliation tool for Shopify sellers. We're hiring up to three practitioners who do Shopify/e-commerce bookkeeping professionally to spend about two hours evaluating the beta product and tell us, in writing, exactly what's weak, wrong, or missing. This is a paid expert evaluation — we want your professional skepticism, not praise. A harsh, specific evaluation pays exactly the same as a glowing one. WHO QUALIFIES: you do bookkeeping or accounting for Shopify/e-commerce sellers professionally (your own practice or freelance), you're US-based, and you use QuickBooks, Xero, A2X or similar tools regularly. WHAT YOU'D DO (about 2 hours, within 7 days): 1. Accept a short evaluation agreement we send you; then we issue your demo-account credentials. You'll agree to keep pre-release product details confidential until we launch them. Demo data only — please don't bring client records; we can't accept them. 2. Work through a guided evaluation of the payout/fee reconciliation, P&L, and categorization surfaces the way you'd vet any tool before recommending it to a client. 3. Fill out a structured written evaluation: what worked, what broke, what you'd never trust with a client's books, and what would make you recommend it. HOW IT WORKS: apply with the screening answers below → if selected, we send the evaluation agreement → once you accept it, we issue credentials → you complete the evaluation within 7 days → milestone released when your completed written evaluation arrives, judged on completeness only, never on whether you liked the product. IMPORTANT — how payment and publication work (FTC compliance): the $50 pays for your time and your honest written feedback to us, full stop. Separately and optionally, we may ask permission to publish parts of your evaluation on our website or in our marketing materials, credited to you (or anonymously if you prefer) and clearly disclosed as a compensated evaluation.
