Shopify E-commerce Catalog Specialist

Shopify E-commerce Catalog Specialist (Part-Time) Voyageur 1976 is a premium travel boutique based in Montreal, Canada, established in 1976. We specialize in high-quality luggage, leather goods, backpacks, and travel accessories from leading brands such as Samsonite, Victorinox, Travelpro, American Tourister, Bugatti, Secrid, NOBL Travel, and more. We're looking for a detail-oriented Shopify E-commerce Catalog Specialist to help maintain and expand our online product catalog. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, consistency, and working with premium brands. ### Responsibilities * Create and publish new products in Shopify * Upload and organize product images * Enter and verify SKU and UPC codes * Input product costs and required product information * Organize products into the appropriate collections * Follow Voyageur 1976's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for catalog management * Ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and consistent * Maintain a clean, well-organized product catalog * Submit a weekly progress report through Notion ### Requirements * Experience with Shopify (preferred but not required) * Strong attention to detail * Excellent organizational skills * Comfortable learning new systems and following documented procedures * Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely * Good written English (French is an asset) ### What We Offer * Flexible remote work * Task-based workload with flexible scheduling * Structured onboarding and training * Opportunity for long-term collaboration and growth * Work with internationally recognized premium travel brands * Become part of a family business with nearly 50 years of history We value quality over quantity.
