Shopify + E-commerce Operations - VA

We're Skynflow, a fast-growing DTC skincare brand operating primarily in the USA. We're scaling fast and need a reliable, hands-on operator to take Shopify, Amazon execution and OPS off the founder's plate. This is not a "wait for instructions" role. We need someone who executes, owns, and improves — not just ticks boxes. WHAT YOU'LL DO 📈 1. Shopify Backend - Manage and fix product listings (images, URLs, descriptions, variants) - Organize collections, templates, and product structure - Manage and optimize Shopify apps (subscriptions, bundles, reviews, upsell/cross-sell) - Set up and optimize checkout and post-purchase offers - Coordinate with developers on custom sections and improvements - Support A/B testing on product pages, offers, and funnels - Assist with integrations (Klaviyo, Google Analytics, etc.) 2. Operations & Execution - Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure execution across teams -Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, developers, and vendors - Build and document SOPs for everything you touch - Keep Google Drive, ClickUp, and Notion clean and organized - Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements — we listen - Support founders in operational priorities and remove bottlenecks WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 👀 You are: 1.
