Shopify E-commerce Virtual Assistant (Customer Service & Store Operations) About Us Mad Ruffi is a growing women's fashion Shopify store based in Australia, selling to customers in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide ongoing support with customer service and Shopify store operations. Responsibilities • Respond to customer emails professionally and promptly • Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and store credits • Assist customers with tracking enquiries and order updates • Perform Shopify product and inventory checks • Identify stock issues, sold-out products, and product listing problems • Assist with basic store maintenance and administration • Help conduct weekly store audits and identify opportunities for improvement • Communicate clearly and proactively with the business owner Requirements • Previous Shopify experience • Excellent written English • Strong customer service skills • High attention to detail • Ability to work independently after training • Experience supporting e-commerce businesses Preferred • Dropshipping experience • Fashion or apparel industry experience • Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and workflows Hours & Budget • Initially 5–10 hours per week • Long-term ongoing opportunity for the right person • Flexible working hours When applying, please answer: How many Shopify stores do you currently support?
