Shopify product management and inventory

I am looking for an experienced Shopify Product Manager to take ownership of our product catalog and ensure that our store products are accurately organized, structured, and presented. This is not simply a product-upload or data-entry role. I need someone who understands how Shopify product catalogs should be structured and can identify inconsistencies and improve the overall organization of the store. Responsibilities * Create, edit, and organize Shopify products * Review and standardize product titles and descriptions * Create and manage SKUs * Set up and organize product variants and options * Review product pricing and compare-at pricing * Organize products into appropriate collections * Create and maintain product tags * Review product types and vendor information * Upload and organize product images * Check product information for accuracy and consistency * Review inventory information * Identify duplicate, incomplete, or incorrectly configured products * Ensure product pages follow a consistent structure * Perform quality checks before products are published What I am looking for * Experience managing products in Shopify * Strong attention to detail * Understanding of SKUs, variants, pricing, inventory, tags, and collections * Ability to work with large product catalogs * Good understanding of ecommerce product organization * Ability to identify errors rather than simply copying information * Strong spreadsheet/data-management skills Test Task Before starting the full project, we may provide a small batch of products for you to review and organize. The test may include: 1. Creating appropriate SKUs 2. Reviewing product variants 3. Checking pricing 4. Assigning collections and tags 5. Identifying missing or inconsistent information 6. Improving the product structure 7. Preparing the products for publication Please explain briefly how you would approach managing and organizing an existing Shopify catalog.
