US Shopify store owners — $100 paid research study (share one month of redacted payout data)

We're Profenor (RJ-DCF LLC d/b/a Profenor), a small US bookkeeping-software company. We're paying five US-based Shopify store owners $100 each to share one month of REDACTED store data for product research — this is research, not a sales pitch, and there's nothing to buy. WHAT YOU'D PROVIDE (about 30-45 minutes of your time): 1. Your Shopify payouts TRANSACTIONS export for any one full calendar month from the last 6 months — in Shopify admin: Finance, then Payouts, then Export, and choose "Transactions" (the per-charge version with order numbers, not the payout summary), and 2. The matching orders export for the same month — with customer names/emails/addresses removed (we'll send simple redaction instructions; it's a 5-minute spreadsheet edit), and 3. Answers to a ~10-minute questionnaire about how you currently reconcile payouts and fees. WHO QUALIFIES: US-based store, online-only (no physical retail location), using Shopify Payments, roughly $50K-$2M in annual sales, and you're the owner or the person who does the books. The month you share should have at least 50 orders (100+ preferred). One participant per store. HOW IT WORKS: apply with the answers below. We verify every applicant's store before selecting (live site, US-based, online-only — everyone goes through the same check). If selected, we send a short consent form and redaction instructions. You deliver the two files and questionnaire through Upwork messages. We verify the files open, cover the full month, and tie out internally — payment releases the same day they pass. Your data is used only for product research, never resold, and deleted on request. TO APPLY, answer these seven questions in your proposal (no cover letter needed — this is a research gig, not a services engagement): 1. What is your store's URL? (Required — we verify the store is real before selecting anyone. It stays confidential.) 2. Is your store US-based and online-only (no physical retail location)? 3. Do you use Shopify Payments as your primary payment processor? 4. Roughly what was your store's total sales last year? (Under $50K / $50K-$150K / $150K-$600K / $600K-$1M / $1M-$2M / Over $2M) 5. Roughly how many orders were in the month you'd share? (Months under 50 orders don't qualify.) 6. Who does your payout/fee reconciliation today, and what tool do you use (spreadsheet, QuickBooks, A2X, nothing, etc.)? 7. Confirm you can export and lightly redact one month of payouts + orders CSVs yourself.
