We are creating a new category at the intersection of: * Adventure * Gaming * Discovery * Social connection * Competition * Entertainment Our vision is simple: **Turn the world into a playground.** --- # About The Role We are looking for a highly creative Short-Form Content Editor who understands how to transform raw footage into addictive, entertaining and emotionally engaging content. This role is not about simply cutting clips together. We are looking for someone who understands: * Storytelling * Human psychology * Suspense * Retention * Entertainment * Competition * Social connection * Reels * TikTok * Meta Ads The goal is to create content that feels like entertainment first and marketing second. We want people to watch our content because it's genuinely enjoyable. --- # Brand Style Classified should feel: * Mysterious * Premium * Playful * Adventurous * Competitive * Energetic * Urban * Modern * Slightly cinematic Think: * Mission Impossible * James Bond * National Treasure * Amazing Race * The Traitors * Secret societies * Hidden bars * Urban exploration Not: * Generic nightlife content * Pub crawl promotions * Tourist attraction videos * Corporate team-building content * Generic business reels The city should feel like a giant game board waiting to be unlocked. --- # Content Styles We Want To Create ## 1. Cinematic Adventure Think mystery, suspense and discovery. Examples: * Solving clues * Hidden destinations * Secret locations * Team strategy moments * Searching for answers The audience should feel: "What happens next?" --- ## 2. Reality TV Competition Think: * Amazing Race * Survivor * The Traitors Examples: * Countdowns * Challenges * Team rivalries * Pressure moments * Winning * Losing * Celebrations The audience should become invested in the outcome. --- ## 3. Social Connection Examples: * Friends bonding * New friendships * Couples exploring * Birthdays * Shared experiences * Laughter * Team celebrations The audience should feel: "I want to experience that with my friends." --- ## 4. UGC & Entertainment Examples: * Funny moments * Unexpected reactions * Wrong turns * Competitive banter * Team fails * Team wins Authenticity is important. Not everything should feel polished. --- ## Content Objectives Every reel should create one or more of the following emotions: * Curiosity * FOMO * Excitement * Adventure * Suspense * Competition * Connection * Achievement The audience should think: "I need to do this." Not: "That's a nice video." --- # Deliverables Using footage supplied by us, create: * Instagram Reels * TikTok videos * Meta Ad creatives * Story content * Multiple variations from the same footage We are looking for someone who can maximise content output from a single filming session. One piece of footage should be able to become multiple reels and ad variations. --- # What We Are NOT Looking For Please only apply if you have experience creating high-retention short-form content that builds: * Suspense * Curiosity * Competition * Excitement * Emotional storytelling * Entertainment Generic talking-head videos, podcast clips, corporate content and standard business reels are not what we are looking for. We want content that feels closer to a movie trailer, reality TV show or social entertainment brand than traditional marketing. --- # Application Requirements To be considered, please provide: ### Example 1 A piece of work that demonstrates suspense and curiosity. ### Example 2 A piece of work that demonstrates strong storytelling. ### Example 3 A piece of work that demonstrates high-energy social content, entertainment or audience engagement. Please briefly explain why you selected each example. Applications without examples may not be considered. --- # Paid Trial Project Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a paid editing test. You will receive a selection of raw Classified footage and be asked to create: ### Reel 1 15–20 second high-energy hype reel. ### Reel 2 30–45 second story-driven reel. ### Reel 3 Meta ad version designed to generate bookings. The trial will be paid. The purpose of the trial is to identify who best understands: * The Classified brand * Storytelling * Suspense * Adventure * Social connection * Retention-based editing Successful candidates may be offered an ongoing monthly retainer. # What Success Looks Like We are not trying to create content that simply looks good. We are trying to create content that makes people feel something. The best content should make viewers want to: * Book an adventure * Tag their friends * Share the video * Talk about it * Experience it themselves When someone watches a Classified video, we want them to think: **"That looks more fun than what I'm doing this weekend."** We are building a movement around discovery, adventure, play and human connection.
