Short-Form Content Partner for an SF Startup Founder's Personal Brand (Startup World, Reels)

About I'm a startup founder in San Francisco building a personal brand around the startup world (and adjacent topics) - Instagram-first, short-form/Reels. I'm looking for someone to help me both plan and produce: what to make, how to make it, and how to make it actually spread. I care about two things equally: reach (views, shares) and quality - content people genuinely want to watch, that builds a real audience, not vanity numbers. You: help shape the strategy (angles, hooks, formats), then create and edit the short-form. I'll be on camera and provide raw clips + ideas - we build the system together. Ongoing.
