I need a sharp content researcher to study top creators in my space and feed my team a steady stream of proven content ideas + full transcripts. **What you'll do each week (20+ pieces logged):** - Study a fixed list of 12 creators I'll give you + 3 that you feel may perform too! - Find their best-performing Reels/Shorts (high views/HIGH engagement relative to their norm) - this is key because we are focused on middle of funnel trust building and conversion content. - Log each into a shared Google Sheet: link, format, exact hook, full transcript, hook, why it performed, and which content theme it maps to - Bias your picks toward MOFU and BOFU content (middle and bottom of funnel) **Hard filter — do NOT pull:** beginner/hustle content (how to start a business, make your first $10k, generic productivity/morning routines).
