Short-Form Content Selector for Stand-Up Comedy (Clip Finder) We're looking for someone with a great instinct for comedy and viral short-form content. Our team works with stand-up comedians, and we need someone who can watch long-form stand-up sets (often 30–60+ minutes) and identify the best moments to turn into short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. What You'll Do Watch full stand-up comedy sets. Identify the funniest, most engaging moments. Mark the exact start and end points for each clip. Find strong hooks that grab attention in the first few seconds. Recognize where the punchline lands and where the clip should end for maximum impact. Select multiple high-performing clips from each full set. What We're Looking For You genuinely enjoy stand-up comedy and understand comedic timing. You know what makes people stop scrolling and watch. You have a strong understanding of hooks, punchlines, pacing, and audience retention. You can recognize moments that have viral potential. You're detail-oriented and can consistently identify high-quality clips. Bonus Points Experience creating or selecting clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts. Familiarity with popular stand-up comedians and different comedy styles. Experience working with creators or comedy content.
