I’m looking for a part-time content repurposing specialist who can take existing long-form content (videos, trainings, lives, voice notes, etc.) and turn it into high-quality short-form content for Instagram and YouTube, while also helping nurture and grow my Facebook community. This role is not just editing. It requires a strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, audience psychology, and how content builds trust, engagement, community, and ultimately supports sales in a personal brand / coaching / healing / spiritual business. What you'll be creating each week: • 2–3 YouTube Shorts (from existing long-form content) • 2–3 Instagram carousels • Short-form captions + hooks aligned to brand voice • Content repurposing ideas from existing material • Scheduling and managing simple recurring Facebook group engagement posts from a content bank we create together Examples of recurring Facebook group content: (can be repurposed from my high-performing existing content on my personal FB page) • Weekly intention/reflection prompts • Mid-week conversation starters • Community wins/celebration posts • Repurposed educational content • Testimonials/social proof posts • Event, retreat, membership, and offer invitations What you'll be working with: • Long-form video content (FB lives, trainings, recordings from programs, reels, TikToks, etc.) • Voice notes and teachings • Existing content library (Instagram, Facebook, email content, etc.) • Testimonials and client feedback • Event and retreat content You MUST have experience with: • Short-form video editing (Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts) • Writing strong hooks and retention-focused content • Coaching / wellness / spiritual / sound healing style content • Understanding what makes content engaging, shareable, and conversion-focused • Turning long-form content into multiple high-quality micro-assets - Experience growing and engaging Facebook groups You should understand: • How to extract key ideas, insights, and emotional moments from long-form content • How to structure carousels that hold attention slide-by-slide • How to create scroll-stopping hooks • How content supports audience trust, community building, and conversion (not just aesthetics) • How to maintain a consistent content rhythm that keeps an audience engaged over time Weekly workload: Approximately 3–5 hours per week to start, with potential to increase if aligned & producing ROI. Ideal person: You are someone who can think like a strategist, not just an editor. You understand personal branding and can identify the most powerful moments inside spoken and written content, then translate them into short-form assets that resonate emotionally and clearly. You are spiritually aware, emotionally intelligent, engaged in your own personal growth work, and have experience supporting coaches, healers, facilitators, wellness brands, or other multidimensional businesses. You DO NOT rely on AI to write content for clients. You already have a proven content process that gets results and can demonstrate examples of that work.
