# Short-Form Content Strategist & Scriptwriter for Premium Local Brands We run a growing marketing agency working with premium local businesses: automotive detailing, restaurants, bars, cafes, gyms, and service-based brands. We are looking for a **Short-Form Content Strategist & Scriptwriter** who can plan content that actually supports business goals — not just random posts and viral guesses. This is **not** a posting role. This is **not** a basic social media manager role. This is **not** Canva graphics or generic caption writing. We need someone who understands how short-form content moves people through a local business funnel: * **Top of funnel:** attention, discovery, reach * **Middle of funnel:** trust, proof, education, authority * **Bottom of funnel:** booking, inquiry, visit, DM, call, offer Our clients are real brick-and-mortar/local service businesses. The goal is not just views. The goal is to make people trust the brand, remember it, visit it, book it, or contact it. ## What You’ll Do For each client, you will create a monthly content strategy and script direction for around **16 short-form videos per month**. Your work will include: * monthly content strategy * funnel-based content planning * content pillars * hooks * scripts * video concepts * shot lists for the videographer * editor notes * caption/CTA direction * monthly performance breakdown to our team * recommendations for what to test next You will work with our coordinator, videographer, and editor. You are not responsible for posting or daily admin. Your responsibility is the thinking behind the content. ## What We Need From You We need someone who can look at a business and quickly understand: * what makes the brand premium * what the customer needs to believe before buying * what objections need to be answered * what content builds trust * what content creates desire * what content should push action * what should be filmed * what should be scripted * what should be tested next You should be able to create content strategies for businesses like: * premium car detailing brands * restaurants * bars * cafes * gyms * beauty/service businesses * local founder-led brands ## Example For a premium car detailing client, we do not want generic ideas like: “Show the car being washed.” We want angles like: * “This is not a regular car wash — this is paint protection.” * “Why cheap cleaning can damage your car’s finish.” * “Before selling your car, do this first.” * “The parts of your car most people forget to clean.” * “What makes premium detailing different from a quick wash.” That is the level of thinking we are looking for. ## Deliverables Per Client For one client per month, we expect: * 1 monthly content strategy * 16 video concepts * TOF/MOF/BOF content split * 4–6 strong scripts * 10–12 structured concepts/prompts * hooks for each video * shoot brief for the videographer * editor direction * CTA/caption direction * simple monthly performance analysis to our team ## Proof Required Please do not apply with only “I love content” or “I can make viral videos.” We need proof. Your monthly rate per client 7. Whether you are open to a paid strategy test ## Paid Test Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid strategy test for one real client. The test will include: * quick content audit * 8 reel ideas * 2 full scripts * content funnel breakdown * shoot brief * editor notes * explanation of what the strategy is trying to achieve If the test is strong, we will start with one client on a monthly retainer and expand from there. ## Starting Structure We prefer to start with: **1 client / monthly strategy & scripting role** Compensation starts around: **100,000 HUF per month per client** This can increase as we add more clients and the quality of work proves itself. We are looking for someone who can bring real creative strategy, not just more content volume.
