Short-Form Content Strategist & Scriptwriter

Looking for a Social Media Manager / Short-Form Content Strategist who understands short-form video and targets 9-to-5ers selling info-products (courses, e-commerce, info, etc.). We do not need you to schedule or edit videos. We have a scheduling manager and a video editor. We need someone to focus purely on creative strategy, ideation, scripting, creative direction, and analysis. What You Will Do: - Ideation & Scripting: Research current short-form trends/formats, come up with video ideas, and write scripts. - Creative Direction: Hand the scripts and creative direction over to our editor (showing them the style/kind of video to emulate). - Testing & Analysis: Test different formats, review what’s working on social media, analyze performance, and double down on top formats so our content isn't overly salesy.
