We're a performance marketing agency. We're building out our own brand presence on social and want someone to own the creative behind it, not just edit what we hand over. Right now we post mostly static content. We want to move into short-form video: paid ad creative and UGC-style content that actually stops the scroll. We run our own media buying in-house, so we're not looking for a media buyer. We need the person who develops the concepts, writes the hooks and scripts, edits the videos, and sources UGC creators when a concept calls for a real face on camera. This is for our own brand (agency marketing, B2B-ish audience of founders and marketers), so you'd be helping shape how we show up, not just executing a brief. What you'd own Concepting and scripting short-form video ads and organic posts (hooks first) Editing platform-native video for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Sourcing and briefing UGC creators when a concept needs one (from your own network or platforms like Insense, Billo, etc.) Turning our case studies and results into scroll-stopping creative What we don't need Media buying or ad account management (we do that) Full-time community management or a posting calendar for everything Scope and pay Roughly 3 to 4 video deliverables per month to start, likely growing if it works Hourly, paid through Upwork. Tell us your rate. Screening questions (answer all three or we'll skip the proposal): Link 3 short-form video ads you personally made. Tell us the platform each ran on and any performance you can share (views, CTR, ROAS, whatever you have). How do you source and brief UGC creators? Name the platforms or process you actually use. We're a B2B marketing agency, not an ecommerce product. How would you make agency case studies and results feel native and scroll-stopping on short-form video?
