Short-Form Editor for IG Reels/CONTENT STRATEGIES | Broll/Entrepreneur Building in Public

**Beep boop ** I'm looking for a short-form editor for my Instagram, and possible long term work The content: right now it's mainly b-roll of me / working behind the scenes, grinding, then going out here and there, eating at restaurants, traveling with my friends. Entrepreneurship and motivational type edits. Later on it transitions into me doing sales, being a young entrepreneur, and actually dropping value. But for now the mission is simple: get views and build the audience/views I mean if u have a better idea Let me know, but : You're not editing blind. I'm gonna give you: a batch of raw clips of me a Google doc with reels I like + creators in the space I wanna be in From there I want you to cook. Come up with the vibe, the ideas, the formats. If you think something's gonna pop, SAY IT. I don't want somebody that just does what I say and stays quiet — I want your input. I wanna hear what YOU think will work. We're building this like a team, not like I'm your boss and you just listen. Just to Be Upfront as well: I'm starting out, so I don't have a crazy budget right now — I'm being upfront about that instead of wasting your time. But the plan is to scale hard over the next 6 months, and whoever's riding with me from the start eats with me. More volume, better pay, bigger role. And down the line, if it gets to that point and it makes sense for both of us — I'd fly you out to work with me full time as my editor/cameraman. That's not a promise and it's fully up to you if you'd even want that. Just telling you where this can go. What I need from you: Fluent English or Spanish (content is in English so you at least gotta understand it well) You're on Discord — that's where we'll communicate once we start, hop on calls, plan content. I want this to be a genuine relationship where we're actually cool, not some stiff employer thing Creative — you can take raw clips + the doc and turn it into something I don't care what editing software you use.
