Short Form Email Marketing Copywriter

About Us: We're a growing e-commerce email marketing agency helping 7-figure stores generate consistent revenue through strategic email and SMS campaigns. With successful campaigns generating five-figure revenues, we're looking for a talented junior copywriter to join our dynamic team. Primary Responsibilities: Create compelling email marketing copy for various e-commerce clients Utilize AI tools for ideation and/or a starting point in the writing process. But the final draft should be in the voice and tone of a human being, not an AI chat. Optimize email automation flows through improved copy and A/B copy testing Support content creation for social media and blog posts Assist in creating email templates for our brand and existing products Required Qualifications: 1-2 years of copywriting experience, preferably in e-commerce Demonstrated experience with AI writing tools Proficiency in ClickUp, Slack, and Google Drive (this is where you will receive tasks and collaborate with the team) Strong understanding of e-commerce customer psychology Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to coordinate with a project manager and graphic designer to understand copy assignments and overall campaign vision Preferred Skills: Experience with SMS marketing copy Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms Knowledge of e-commerce metrics and KPIs Understanding of email deliverability best practices What We Offer: Flexible work environment with remote options Opportunity to build a portfolio of 7-8 figure e-commerce brands' campaigns Collaborative, creative team culture Compensation: Hourly Rate: $25 - $40 per hour Estimated Hours: 10-20 hours per week Please include samples of e-commerce emails (bonus if I can see the final campaign with the copy included along with the raw copy you submitted to the designer).
