We are producing a health and wellness podcast in the diabetes medical space and need an experienced short form editor who knows how to pull clips from long form podcast interviews and add clean styled captions. If you are not familiar with how Diary of a CEO packages their short form content — please do not apply. What You Will Be Doing: Watching long form podcast interviews, identifying the strongest 60-90 second moments and adding clean styled captions formatted vertically for YouTube Shorts, Instagram and TikTok. No b-roll. No fancy graphics. Just clean precise caption work that matches the energy of the clip. What We Need From You: We will give you the full interview. You find the best moments. We should not have to tell you what to clip. You need to be able to watch a conversation and immediately recognize what is compelling, what will hook someone in the first 3 seconds and what will keep them watching to the end. If you need us to tell you which clips to pull, we will make suggestions but if we have to do it multiple times — this is not the right fit.
