Short-Form Reels Editor — After Effects Motion Graphics & Kinetic Text (Ongoing)

I'm a London-based creative agency owner looking for a short-form video editor for ongoing work across two clients — with the potential to grow into a long-term role across more as the agency scales. **What the work involves:** Two types of edits — premium motion graphics reels in the style of Diary of a CEO (kinetic text, After Effects overlays, sound design) and standard clean marketing edits for social media. You need to be able to deliver both. **Skills required:** After Effects, Premiere Pro, kinetic captions, motion graphics, sound design, colour grading. If you can't do all of this to a high standard, this isn't the right fit. **How I work:** I send raw footage with notes on the key moments to hit. I expect a first cut within 48 hours, clean communication, and no chasing. One revision round per clip. Slow turnarounds or drop in quality will end the contract quickly — I need someone reliable and consistent. **The opportunity:** This starts part-time but there is real room to grow. As the agency brings on more clients, the right editor gets more volume and better rates.
